Jamie Sarche of Feldman Mortuary in Denver brings passion and compassion to a subject many of us find frightening. She helps people explore their fears and misconceptions, so they can make educated decisions before needing them. Jamie serves on the boards of Jewish Family Service and Great Education.
Rick Tidrick is the founder of the Colorado Holistic Health Network. He is currently in the process of developing a baby-boomer community, initially in the form of conscious eldering circles, and ultimately, housing over 300 residents on his Colorado foothills land.
Charles Hamlin M.D. is on the national board of Compassion & Choices, the largest advocacy group for choice at the end-of-life. He received his medical degree at Columbia University and has practiced hand surgery in Denver. He received the Humanitarian Award from the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Volunteer Service Award from the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Secrets of a Soulful Marriage

Men’s Aggression Toward Women: Panel Discussion
This panel will consider both overt and covert/subtle ways that men and boys display aggressive attitudes and behavior toward women.
Peggy Evans is a mediator and facilitator applying various processes to assist others in gaining conflict clarity and finding productive ways to move forward. Services focus on working with individuals, couples, groups or work environments, to “restore” relationships, productivity, self esteem, confidence, health, or peace and harmony to one’s life.
SafeHouse Denver’s mission is to assist adults, children and youth in reclaiming their right to a life free of domestic violence. The agency provides a broad spectrum of effective, culturally-competent services to women and children who have been impacted by domestic violence.
Derek McCoy is the Youth Community Educators Program Coordinator and a Violence Prevention Educator for Project PAVE. He specializes in mentoring youth, does public speaking, and is a self-published author.

Manwalk: The Power of Gathering as Men
We’ll explore the purposes/value of tribal gatherings in man’s early history and discuss the need for and the impact of men in fellowship with one another on a regular basis. Coy will indicate how men can start their own Manwalk Group wherever they find other men that want to gather around the tribal fire.
Coy Theobalt coaches men in mindfulness, personal awareness and leadership development. He is the first recipient of the Whole Man of the Year award presented at Whole Man Expo in 2011 and developed the Castle Rock Radio show Man Alive!

Join Steve O’Neill to play short improvisational games in small groups as a demonstration of how to utilize both our mind and body – the whole man. We’ll briefly recap the exercise to learn exactly what we did, why it’s useful, and how you can benefit from similar activities every day.
Steve O’Neill is a local stand-up comedian, writer, and improviser who loves entertaining, teaching, and helping others to enjoy The Journey.
